The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay released the GATE 2021 results on March 19. Earlier, as declared by the authorities, the GATE 2021 result date was March 22. All the details are now out and Dainik Assam has been keeping up with all the live updates for the exams. The candidates will have to head to the IIT Bombay GATE website at for the results and they can also check out the list of toppers, among other things. Meanwhile, the GATE 2021 scorecard will be out on March 30 this year and the same is valet for 3 years.

The Gate 2021 result will find a mention of the score as well as the rank that candidates have obtained and hence, it is advisable that they take a print out of the copy in order for further admission. Meanwhile, those who have qualified for the exams will be able to download the scorecard from March 26 onwards up until May 31. The exams were conducted online by IIT Bombay on February 6, 7, 13, and 14 this year.

GATE 2021 Answer Key and Scorecard

The GATE answer key for 2021 was released on March 17 and one can download the same in PDF format by clicking on the subject-wise answer key links. The official press release for GATE 2021 specifies that the scorecard will be available through the GOAPS portal from March 30 to June 30. The candidates must note that those who qualified, need a soft copy of their scorecard post June 30, 2021 and until December 31, 2020, will have to pay a fee of Rs 500 in order to obtain the same.

Over 711542 students wrote the GATE 2021 exams this year and out of this, just 126813 candidates have qualified. Out of this, there are 98732 male and 28081 female candidates which makes the pass percentage of 17.82% this year.

GATE 2022 Exam Date

Candidates who are now looking at the exams for the next year and are preparing for the same can get a rough idea of when the chances of the exam are by the trends that have been there. If one goes by the exam dates earlier, the GATE 2022 exams are likely to take place in the first and the second week of February which means the dates are likely to be February 5, 6, 12, and 13, 2022.
